RAFA Home Builders didn’t begin in an office. It began in the field.

Before starting RAFA, Justin and Elon spent years working throughout the construction industry—managing projects, coordinating crews, solving problems, and working directly with homeowners. That experience taught us far more than how a home gets built. It showed us what homeowners actually expect from the people they trust with their homes.

We saw that a successful remodel isn’t only about the finished product. It’s about everything that happens along the way—communication, organization, attention to detail, realistic expectations, and having someone take responsibility when decisions need to be made.

That became the foundation for RAFA Home Builders.

Today, we handle projects ranging from kitchens and bathrooms to additions, ADUs, exterior renovations, and complete home remodels. While every project is different, our approach stays the same: understand the homeowner’s vision, plan carefully, communicate clearly, and stay involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

We’re a family-owned and operated company, and we want RAFA to feel different from the moment you meet us. Professional, but never corporate. Organized, but still personal. A company where the people you meet at the beginning are still invested in the outcome at the end.
