1. Who We Are
Rafa Home Builders is a licensed California general contractor (CSLB License #1150519) based at 21550 Oxnard St, 3rd Floor, Unit 53, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. In this policy, “Rafa Home Builders,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to our company, and “you” refers to anyone who visits this website or contacts us.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Estimate and contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, the type of project and the project details you write in the message box.
- Calls, texts and emails: the information you share when you call, text or email us, such as your contact details and questions about your project.
- Consultations and projects: if we visit your home or work on your project, information such as your property address, project scope, selections, photos of the work area and the details needed to prepare an estimate or agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Google processes your IP address to provide this service.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files stored by your browser that help the site work and measure how it is used (see Section 5).
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information such as IP addresses, browser type and the date and time of each request, for security and performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and estimate requests.
- To schedule consultations, prepare estimates, designs and project agreements, and complete the work you hire us for.
- To communicate with you about your project, including scheduling, permits, inspections and warranty matters.

- To protect the website and our business against spam, fraud and misuse.
- To keep the records we need for accounting, licensing, warranty and legal purposes.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business, such as our website host, our email delivery service (which sends form submissions to our inbox) and Google Analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Subcontractors, suppliers and design partners when they need project details to complete work you have hired us to do.
- Building departments and inspectors when your project requires permits or inspections.
- Financing partner: our financing page uses a tool provided by Enhancify. If you use it, the information you enter goes directly to Enhancify and its lending partners and is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.
- Business transfers: if our business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
5. Cookies and Analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to collect the usage information described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To learn more, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Do Not Track: some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
Our website includes content and links from other companies, such as Google reviews shown through a review widget, our Enhancify financing tool, Google Maps, and links to Instagram, Facebook and the California Contractors State License Board. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
7. Phone Calls and Text Messages
If you call or text us, we use your phone number to respond to you about your inquiry or project. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you by text.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Inquiry information that does not lead to a project is kept only as long as reasonably useful to follow up. Project records may be kept longer to meet warranty, licensing, tax and other legal requirements.
9. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website, email or data storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial account or Social Security numbers through our website forms.
10. Your Choices and California Privacy Rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to the records we must keep by law or to complete a project. You can also ask us to stop sending you communications. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents may also ask whether we have shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing.
11. Children’s Privacy
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
