Rafa Home Builders is a licensed California general contractor, CSLB License #1150519 (B – General Building), located at 21550 Oxnard St, 3rd Floor, Unit 53, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. You can verify our license at any time on the Contractors State License Board website.

3. Website Information Only

The content on this website, including service descriptions, planning guides, FAQs and cost or timeline discussions, is provided for general information. It is not a quote, an offer to contract, or professional engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice. Every home and project is different, and permit rules, costs and schedules vary. We may update or change website content at any time without notice.

4. Estimates and Project Agreements

Submitting a form, calling or texting us does not create a contract or reserve a place in our schedule. Estimates are prepared after we review your project and are subject to the conditions stated in each estimate. All construction work is performed only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Rafa Home Builders, which sets out the scope of work, price, payment schedule, schedule and other terms required by California law. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

5. Photos, 3D Designs and Project Images

The images on this website include photos of our completed work and 3D design renderings. Renderings are design concepts that show layouts and finishes before construction; they are not photographs of completed projects. Actual materials, colors, finishes and site conditions may differ. Project photos show examples of our work and are not a guarantee of the results of any other project.

6. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a written workmanship warranty on qualifying projects. Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the type and scope of work, materials used and applicable manufacturer requirements. Specific warranty terms, coverage, exclusions and duration are provided in writing as part of the applicable project agreement. 7. Financing

Financing options shown on our website are offered through Enhancify, a third-party service, and its lending partners. Rafa Home Builders is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. Rates, terms and approval are determined by the lender and are subject to credit approval. Your use of the financing tool is governed by Enhancify’s own terms and privacy policy.

8. Reviews and Testimonials

Customer reviews shown on our website are displayed from Google through a third-party widget and reflect the individual experiences of those customers. Results vary from project to project.

9. Forms and Communications

When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and to be contacted by phone, text or email about your inquiry or project.
